Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of this study is to clarify how nursing students perceived the ethical issue of physical restraint through the ethical issue of physical restraint. The results showed that the nursing students developed questions about the patient, restraint, themselves, nurses, family members, and other students, and that the questions were developed throughout the four years of the study. The structure of the development was as follows: from the editing of the question, through the post-editing capture and return, through the editing of the question and return, and when no question was generated, no development was observed. In addition, the polarized thinking of nursing students was evident in each element of question development.

身体抑制という明確な価値の対立とそこに潜在する倫理的課題に焦点をあて、看護実践の前提である問いと問いを明らかにするための思考や行動をどのように展開するのかという倫理的思考モデルは、看護学生が学士課程を通して倫理的課題を思考し、行動する過程に新しい知見を得ることができ、臨地実習における倫理教育への具体的なアプローチ方法の視点、及び看護学生の倫理的能力の向上に向けた学習プログラム構築を検討するための基礎資料となる。
