Outline of Annual Research Achievements	JPOSコホート研究の20年次追跡調査にて、サルコペニアの判定に用いる四肢筋量、握力、歩行速度の測定を完了した。同研究の15年次追跡調査で採取された凍結血清検体を用いて、CAF22とCAF110の測定を完了した。
Current Status of Research Progress	Current Status of Research Progress 2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned. Reason 当初の予定通りに進捗している。
Strategy for Future Research Activity	解析用のデータベースを構築した後、(1)血中CAF値の関連因子の検討（横断的検討）、(2)サルコペニア発生に対するロジスティック回帰分析（縦断的検討）、(3)サルコペニア発生に対するReceiver operating characteristic解析を行う。
