Research Abstract |
Our recent studies on catalytic reactions via ruthenium-allenylidene complexes are summarized here. Thiolate-bridged diruthenium complexes work as efficient catalysts to promote a variety of novel organic transformations [1,2], especially propargylic substituion reactions and their asymmetric versions, via allenylidene complexes as key and common reactive intermediates.
