| Research Abstract |
我々の身の回りで観測されるデータがしたがう分布は, 指数関数型とベキ関数型に大別される. 前者の指数関数型の分布については, 従来の確率論・情報理論・統計力学などで, 頻繁に取り扱われてきたが, ベキ関数型の分布については, 部分的に多くの試みがあるものの, 指数関数型ほど, 統一的な扱いは,未だ存在していない. 本研究計画では, 我々研究組織の最近の結果を背景にして, 一般化エントロピーによって, ベキ関数にしたがうデータが発生するしくみの解明を目指す. 実際, 指数関数型の分布にしたがうデータの発生機構については, シャノンエントロピーを用いて, 情報理論・統計力学において, 統一的に記述されている. そのことから, 一般化エントロピーが, ベキ分布の発生機構の解明に重要な役割を演じると十分考えられる.
