| Research Abstract |
(1) 日本内外に所蔵される能・狂言面を網羅的に調査し、赤外線デジタル撮影によって、面の表裏に記される銘文、極書、印鉋、所蔵印を判読する。
(2) マイクロスコ-プ、ファイバーマルチチャンネル分光器などの非破壊的手法を用いて、木地、漆、顔料、膠着剤などの材料を科学的に分析する。
(3) 叙上の方法によって、あらゆる年代測定情報を集積し、能・狂言面に関する総合的なデータベースを構築する。
