| Research Abstract |
日本国内で高機能自閉症スペクトラム障害のある、初回会話観察時年齢6;7から14;8(平均11;49歳)、FIQ68から155(平均96.52)男子26名女子4名計30名の母子会話を最長で3年間追跡した。台湾でもHFASD12名の母子会話を収集した。母親のWH質問への子供の応答が不適切であること、HFASDでは不適切性が生活年齢と相関すること、語りの非自発性が経年的に若干ながら改善することが示された。
