| Research Abstract |
呼吸困難感に影響を与えると考えられている様々な要因に検討を加え、以下の結論を得た.1)呼吸困難感の質を識別するものとは別に量的な差を識別できる中枢機構が存在する.2)トロメタモール(THAM)は呼吸性アシドーシスを是正すると同時に呼吸困難感を緩和し、呼吸困難緩和に有用である.3)呼吸困難と痺痛が同時に存在する場合、呼吸困難が痔痛に及ぼす影響には性差が存在し、この性差に吸気努力に伴う呼吸系力学変化が関与する.
