| Research Abstract |
:頭蓋内胚細胞腫瘍の凍結標本を用いたcDNA array による遺伝子発現解析を行いった.Germinoma に比べてnon-greminomatous germ cell tumor において有意に発現の高い遺伝子としてBone Morphogenetic Protein-4,SOX-11,Frizzled 7 をピックアップした.免疫組織化学染色による蛋白質発現の解析を行って,新規腫瘍マーカーとしての可能性を検討した.
