Research Abstract

鼻呼吸障害があり夜間に無呼吸が認められる人も鼻手術後には、鼻腔の通気性が有意に改善すると睡眠構築、日中の眠気が有意に改善した.夜間のnasal cycleは昼間活動時に比べて回数が少なく、周期が有意に長かった.
