Research Abstract

河川・海洋で発生する水波や加振された容器内の液体振動のような移動境界を持つ流れは理論的にも実用的にも重要な物理現象の一つであり,数値計算によって現象を理解しようという試みが活発に行なわれている.しかしながら用いる計算手法に対する数学的な理論整備は遅れている.そこで研究代表者は,移動境界流れ問題の数値計算に必要となる数学的な理論整備を進めた.また,対応する数値計算も行なった.
