Outline of Final Research Achievements	Continuous research discussions at several academic societies, research exchange meetings with South Korea's Nazareth University, etc., development of models for creating learning opportunities centered on cultural and artistic activities for people with disabilities, action research at the affiliated facility "Nobiyaka Space Arch", program model development of a new experience-based comedy program for people with intellectual disabilities, and action research at an affiliated special support school. Specifically, the dilemma regarding the valuation of works of cultural and art activities by persons with disabilities, the conflicts of persons with disabilities, and thoughts and philosophies based on a comparison between Japan and South Korea regarding the conditions for the activities of persons with disabilities engaged in cultural and art activities.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements	2020年度に実施した障害者の文化芸術活動をテーマとした意識調査の結果を分析することを通して、障害者の文化芸術活動作品の価値づけに対するジレンマの詳細、障害者自身の葛藤状況などについて考察する材料を得た。また、文化芸術活動に取り組む障害者の活動条件に関する日韓比較なども行い、背景となる思想・哲学の差異なども検討した。研究協議においては、教育福祉論、発達保障論、福祉教育論をベースとしながらそれらを融合発展させていく方向で検討を進めるなどした。
