Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2019年度は柏原検診と八雲検診をを行った。柏原検診は3年目となり広報誌に4月に運動教室開催を案内して検診への80名の参加募集した。八雲検診は八雲町保健福祉課や町民ドックボランティアとの協力のもとに8月30-9月1日に600名募集した。内科検診、運動器検診、高次脳機能検診を行う。柏原検診は運動介入と高次脳機能介入を行った。運動介入は、いきいき健康教室(膝腰教室)と芸術教室(陶芸)をおこなった。運動内容は①カピバラ健康体操(体幹運動、関節、脊椎の運動を組み合わせた運動の確定とビデオ作成)と大学周囲のウオーキングを行った。3か月の12月に運動器と高次脳機能評価を行った。8割以上参加できたのは30名だった。3か月の12月に運動器と高次脳機能評価を行った。最終評価を25名に対して行った。10m歩行速度とTUGは有意差はないが改善した。ロコモ検査も改善していた。芸術教室も運動器検診を行った。芸術群では運動機能の改善は見られなかった。 2017年から2019年までの3年間におこなった65歳以上のデータを検討した。全体で164名(男性33名、女性131名)で男女間には身長・体重・握力に差があった。検診項目ではロコモ25は有意に女性で高く、TUGや腰痛・下肢痛には差がなかった。ロコモ25、2ステップテスト、立ち上がりテストで一つ以上ロコモを満たしたロコモ群(137名)とロコモを満たす項目がない非ロコモ群(27名)で検討すると全体ではロコモ25.10m最大歩行時間、TUG、腰痛、下肢痛、右膝痛で有意にロコモ群が悪かった。男女差の検討では男性はロコモ群はTUG のみで非ロコモ群より悪かった。しかし女性群ではロコモ群はロコモ25、握力、最大10m歩行時間、腰痛で非ロコモ群より有意に悪かった。 2020年度も追加することでさらなる検討を行う。

一年目は10名の地域在住高齢者に対してタブレット端末を利用した介入試験を行った。後期高齢者では端末の操作が困難であった。 Webを介した運動機能維持プログラムを計画している。2019度はカピバラ健康体操で体を動かす習慣と筋力維持を北海道八雲町100名、大阪府柏原市50名に対して3か月間指導した。約60%では半年後に運動を継続することが出来た。

最終年度はWebを介した運動機能維持プログラムを計画している。今年度はカピバラ健康体操で体を動かす習慣と筋力維持を北海道八雲町100名、大阪府柏原市50名に対して3か月間指導した。約60%では半年後に運動を継続することが出来た。来年度はWebを使ったプログラムを作成してより多くの高齢者に対して運動介入を行う予定である。
