Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study is to make sure the effect of ethnomethodology for social worker training education. Especially,clarified the effect of ethnomethodology on the vulnerability of "exercises" , the empiricism of "role play", and the lack of methodology of "recording".

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究は、社会福祉士養成教育の抽象的限界を打破することを目的とした。既存の社会福祉士養成教育は、教科書を用いた座学が圧倒的に多く、実践現場で求められる専門能力の習得はごく限られた機会に止まってきた。その課題に対して、「いまーここ」における実践を解明するエスノメソドロジーの意図と方法は、極めて有効であり、その効果は、社会福祉士の社会的責任を全うする上で必須な能力であることを明らかとした。
