Research Abstract |
本研究においては、申請者らの培ってきたFRETプローブ作成技術を他の小胞輸送に関わる低分子量GTP結合蛋白群に広げるとともに、今回開発した全反射蛍光顕微鏡を用いたFRETイメージング技術を駆使して、細胞小胞輸送に関わる低分子量GTP結合蛋白の小胞輸送過程におけるON・OFFの様子を画像化する。そして、これらの知見をもとに、低分子量GTP結合蛋白の小胞輸送における役割を明らかにしていく。
