Research Abstract

新薬開発などにおけるコストと犠牲動物の低減を目指し,分子イメージング技術の一つである蛍光トモグラフィー法の高度化を目的として,画像再構成法の開発とシミュレーション,および,生体模擬試料やマウスを用いた実験を行った.画像再構成法の新しい手法を開発し,実験によりその手法を実証することができた.結果として,マウス体内に埋め込んだ蛍光物質の濃度分布に関する断層画像を得た.
