| Research Abstract |
プロテインキナーゼTOR は栄養源や成長因子に応答して細胞の増殖を制御する。しかし、TORが各細胞周期の進行をどのように制御しているかはほとんど理解されていない。本研究は、プロテオミクス解析により各細胞周期に関与するタンパク質がラパマイシンによるTOR不活性化後にどのような変化するかを網羅的に調べた。その結果、TORが、G1/S,S,metaphase/anaphase, anaphase/telophase進行を制御していること、DNAダメージチェックポイント、紡錘体チェックポイントを制御していることを明らかにした。
