| Research Abstract |
・ 平成19～20年度に行ったわれわれの基礎および臨床研究にて乳癌におけるソナゾイド(第2世代超音波造影剤)によるセンチネルリンパ節同定の有用性が明らかになってきた。
・ 本法をさらに発展させるために多施設で検証することを計画し、平成21年度に本学の臨床研究倫理審査委員会に「乳癌のソナゾイドを用いた造影超音波法によるセンチネルリンパ節同定法の多施設共同研究」を本教室が中心となって申請し、承認を得た。各共同研究施設での倫理審査が承認され次第、研究をすすめていく予定である。
・ 学会への発表は、2009年7月に第17回日本乳癌学会学術総会(東京)にて、「造影超音波画像による乳癌センチネルリンパ節同定法の研究」を、また2009年8-9月には12th World Congress of the World Federation for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology(シドニー)で"Sentinel lymph node identification method using contrast-enhanced ultrasonography with Sonazoid^<TM> in breast cancer"を発表した。
・ 学術誌へは、Ultrasound Med Biol"Sentinel node detection method using contrast-enhanced ultrasonography with Sonazoid in breast cancer : Preliminary clinical study."(2009;35:1249-1256)をはじめ、映像情報メデイカル『ソナゾイドを用いた造影超音波画像による乳癌のセンチネルリンパ節同定法』(2009;41(5):552-555)やインナービジョン『ソナゾイド乳輪下注入による造影超音波画像を用いたセンチネルリンパ節の新たな同定法』2009;24(6):82-84)に投稿した。
