Research Abstract

本研究ではRNAの高感度、定量検出を目的に、酸化したRNAの3'末端に高い反応効率で一分子の標識試薬のみが結合する新規な試薬の合成を行った。この新規標識試薬は、核酸の塩基とリン酸部に高い親和性を有するように設計、合成したところ、RNAに対して高効率で反応することが明らかとなった。さらに、この化合物にビオチンを導入した化合物も合成し、RNAの検出が可能であることも明らかにした。
