| Research Abstract |
本研究では、日本語母語話者(21名)、英語母語話者(23名)、日本語学習者(19名)の3グループから収集した63編のエッセイを分析し、提案した言語間のライティング能力双向性モデルがアメリカ人/カナダ人大学生の母語と外国語として日本語によるテキスト構築の過程とアウトプットを説明できるモデルであることを検証した。更に比較レトリックの観点から議論文は日英語間に類似点は多いが、サブタイプ(論証型と探求型)やエビデンス(例、具体例)の使用に違いがあることを明らかにした。
