| Research Abstract |
超高圧電子顕微鏡を用いた電子線トモグラフィの実験において、従来多大の時間と労力を必要としていたが、本研究において主として、(1) 高精度試料傾斜装置の開発、(2) 画像の高速撮影法の開発、(3) 撮影の自動化と支援システムなどの開発を行うことにより、1枚あたりの撮影時間においても、またトモグラフィの1シリーズの撮影時間においても所要時間を当初目標どおりの1/100の時間短縮を達成することができた
