| Research Abstract |
多環芳香族炭化水素(PAHs)は、ダイオキシン類と同様、様々な燃焼過程で生成され、環境中に排出されている。また、近年PAHsに塩素が付加したClPAHsも、環境中から検出され、これらの塩素置換体は、難分解性、蓄積性が増すため、生体への影響も危惧される。そこで、まず上記物質について、乳がん細胞MCF7を用いて、E2制御のPgR及びpS2、AhR制御のCyp1A1、PCRアレイの遺伝子の発現レベルをReal-time PCRにより解析した。その結果、いくつかの遺伝子で塩素化により発現レベルの変化が認められた。
