| Research Abstract |
細胞接着分子Cell adhesion molecule-1(Cadm1)のノックアウト(KO)マウスは精子形成障害を生じる。DNAマイクロアレイと定量的RT-PCR法によって、KOマウスにおいて発現が増加する細胞接着分子Myelin protein zero like-2(Mpzl2)を検出した。KOマウスでは、Mpzl2が代償性に機能することが示唆された。また、Cadm1と相互作用するPoliovirusreceptorのKOマウスでは精子形成障害は見られなかった。
