| Research Abstract |
HTLV-1関連脊髄症(HAM)は、HTLV-1感染細胞に起因した過剰な免疫応答がその主病態である。しかし、感染細胞の中でどのT細胞サブセットがその主原因細胞であるかまだ明らかにされていない。本研究では、HAMの新規な分子標的治療法を開発するために、感染細胞に着目して研究を進め、HAMの過剰な免疫応答を誘発している主病因細胞を同定した
