| Research Abstract |
アミラーゼ自己抗体を検出するELISA を確立し、種々の膵疾患での陽性率を検討した。その結果劇症1型糖尿病では88%で陽性であったが、2型糖尿病では6%に留まった。一方、自己免疫性膵炎でもほぼ100%で陽性であった。膵腫瘍、アルコール性膵炎患者等ではほぼ全例陰性であることが判明した。以上の結果はアミラーゼ自己抗体は劇症1型糖尿病および自己免疫性膵炎に特異的に産生され、両疾患の診断に有用であることが示された。
