Research Abstract

Neurobasalを主とした無血清培地にて安定にオリゴデンドロサイトを培養が可能であることがわかった。次に、NERによる修復されるDNA損傷特異的な抗体を用いることにより、オリゴデンドロサイトは、UVによる遺伝子損傷に脆弱性が強いことが判明した。また、細胞表面マーカーにより分化段階を検知することが可能であり、オリゴデンドロサイトの分化段階により、UVによるDNA損傷に対する修復能力に差があることも発見した。
