Research Abstract

ヒトにおける切除後肝再生のメカニズムをメカニカルストレス応答の面から解析し、相対的門脈血流量の増加(相対的ストレス増加)が、領域別肝再生を制御している可能性が明らかとなった。また、肝臓におけるメカニカルストレス受容体の存在が具体的に示唆された。
