| Research Abstract |
筋萎縮性側索硬化症モデルマウスに対するmetallothinein(MT)組み換えアデノウイルス遺伝子治療は極めて有効で、生存期間延長効果がみられた。
また運動療法に関しては、脊髄前角の運動ニューロンにおいて、MT-I, II,IIIの誘導を認めた。このことは、運動療法の有用性の科学的なメカニズムの一旦として、MTの関与を示唆するものであった。
