Research Abstract |
We evaluated the gene expression levels associated with chemosentitivity in 81 pancreatic cancer patients after complete resection using real-time PCR. DPD, DHFR, FPGS, and GGH were found to be biomarkers of survival in those patients. We verified the function of those genes in vitro experiments.
