Outline of Annual Research Achievements

これまで本研究プロジェクトでは,ランダム量子系のスケーリング理論を発展させてきた。今まで知られていたWigner-Dyson普遍クラスのAnderson金属絶縁体転移をより詳細に調べるとともに,最近トポロジカル物質との関係で注目されているカイラルクラス,Bogoliubov-de Gennesクラスの臨界現象を調べた。さらに非エルミート系の臨界現象を解析し,それがエルミート系に等価であることを示し,エルミート系と非エルミート系の対応表を作成した。
最終年度は,これまでの研究をさらに発展させ,まずBogoliubov-de Gennesクラスの臨界現象における非線形シグマモデルにおける計算を改良されたBorel-Pade近似によってまとめ上げ,臨界指数の次元依存性を求めた。また数値計算を行い,このBorel-Padeの手法が数値計算をよく再現していることを明らかにした。この非線形シグマモデルのε展開はランダムな量子回路における観測誘起相転移にも適用できることが別のグループによって指摘されているので,今後はこの手法を量子回路における観測誘起相転移にも適用したい。
また,非エルミート系では固有値と特異値が本質的に異なる分布を示すことに着目し,特異値の分布の対称クラス依存性を明らかにした。これより2端子コンダクタンスの分布を新たな見地から考察した。
さらに今年度は,量子ランダム多体系を量子機械学習で解析した。性質のよくわかっているRosenzweig-Porterモデルで畳み込みニューラルネットワークを訓練し,これをrandom regular graph,SYKモデル,quantum sunモデルなどの多体系を記述するモデルに適用し,局在,非局在,フラクタルの相を同定した。
