Outline of Opinions Expressed in the Review Results	本研究は、スマートフォンカメラ用マイクロアクチュエータ、IoTや体内植え込みデバイス用エナジーハーベスターをターゲットに、厚膜磁石を活用したMEMSデバイスの設計、磁石成膜・加工・着磁、製造技術を総合的に検討するものである。小型アクチュエータなどに必要な高性能膜状ネオジム磁石の製造技術を開発しようとする研究であり、工業的に意義が高いと評価できる。パルスレーザ堆積法による製造技術とレーザーアシスト加熱及び磁気転写による微細着磁法による成形法のアイデアが独創的である。
