Outline of Annual Research Achievements

南海トラフ地震に対する防災力・減災力の向上のため,以下の内容に取り組んだ.
(1) 津波による構造物の被害推計では,過去の被災情報から推定された構造物の津波フラジリティ曲線が対象地域に依らず適用されてきた.本研究では,過去の被災情報に加えて全国の自治体の土地利用情報を用いて,地域依存性を考慮した津波フラジリティ曲線をその適用先となる市町村と併せて提示できる手法を提案した.具体的には,土地利用情報を用いた主成分分析・クラスター分析から全国の自治体を地域性の類似度により分類し,グループ毎の被害データの集積から津波フラジリティ曲線を市町村別に算定した.適用例として,東北地方太平洋沖地震の被災データから地域依存性を考慮した津波フラジリティ曲線を同定し,それを用いた構造物被害棟数のリスク算定手順をしている.
(2) 摩擦振子型免震機構は,振子の滑りによる地震時慣性力の低減,および滑り面の傾斜により残留変位の抑制を図る構造である.レベル2地震動に相当する地震力を受けた後でも供用性を確保できるダメージフリー構造となり得る可能性が示されている.本研究では,緊急仮設橋が置かれる余震環境においても,一定の地震力に対する安全性を確保するため,摩擦振子型免震機構の緊急仮設橋への応用を検討した.具体的には,コンクリート製の下側滑り面に加え,ナイロン製の上側滑り面を摩擦振子型免震機構に設け,上下二面で異なる摩擦滑りを実現することで,一面のみを滑らせるときよりも大きな地震エネルギーを吸収できるようにした.さらに,急速施工を実現するため,摩擦振子型免震機構を支える橋脚をアーチ型のコンクリートブロック組積造橋脚とすることにより,滑り面から伝達される水平力に対して弾性応答する構造形態とした.この構造の正負交番載荷実験を実施し,その優れた耐震性能を確認した.
