Outline of Opinions Expressed in the Review Results	本研究では、細胞内の代謝物を検出する新しいバイオセンサー群の開発と、それらを用いた新しい代謝機構の解明を目指している。代謝物と特異的に結合するタンパクを使って、高性能な光遺伝学バイオセンサーに導く方策である。本研究課題で狙っている代謝産物のin vivo分析が可能となれば、脳疾患やがんなどの他の多様な疾患の研究への応用が期待され、研究の波及効果は大きい。
