Outline of Final Research Achievements	The purpose of this study was to develop a Diversity-friendly Healthcare Program to improve immigrant care in obstetrics. The program contained two parts. The first part was six lectures, and the second part was five case studies and feedback. The program was conducted through e-learning and a booklet group to evaluate effective learning methods. Eleven hospitals were randomly assigned to each group which was the e-learning group (n=64) or the booklet group (n=63). Both e-learning and booklet methods could be said that it led to retained knowledge because the score elevated after the program and didn’t decrease dramatically three months later. It also could be said that e-learning was more effective than the booklet as a learning method.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements	外国人へのケアを向上させるための周産期領域のスタッフに向けた「ダイバーシティフレンドリーヘルスケアプログラム」という教育プログラムを冊子とe-learningで作成したが、プログラムを受けることで医療者の文化的能力、異文化間能力、コミュニケーションスキルに変化があり、効果があるという傾向がみられた。また学習方法は冊子よりe-learningの方が、効果が高い傾向であった。本プログラムは、特に外国人の受診が増加している病院の新人研修あるいは継続研修などで使用できる可能性があるため、さらに内容を精選し、それぞれの施設にあった使用方法を提案していく予定である。
