| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
海外調査により以下の知見を得た。Jorge Ruiz de Velasco 教授（Stanford University）とは,2019年発行の A Guide to Integrated Student Supports for College and Career Pathways: Lessons from Linked Learning High Schools. における、総合的生徒サポートを通した教師のキャリア形成について議論した。
Maeve Katherine Bergman, JD （Success Center California Community College）と、Community CollegeにおけるProgram Guided Pathwayを通した教師と学生のキャリア形成上の必要な、認知的再構成の機能について議論した。
Gary Hoachlander（President, ConnectED: The National Center for College and Career）とはLinked Learningの成り立ちと、児童生徒のキャリア形成に関わる教員のキャリア形成について議論した。
Betty Miura(California Department of Education)からは、California School Dashboard の概要について説明をうけ、College and Career指標が児童生徒及び教員のキャリア形成に与える影響について議論した。
Casey Shea（Maker Education Coordinator）とは、Makerの教育的意義とモノづくりに携わることによる教師のキャリア形成について意見交換を行った。2022年10月の米国での訪問調査及び2023年2月の韓国ソウルにおける学会発表では研究の成果を積み上げることができた。

Reason
46th IAEVG international conference. Seoul, Korea及びLinked Learning Conference 2023, San Diego.での学会発表で海外調査の研究の成果を発表することができ、2023年度の最終年度における成果の集大成を迎えることができた。日本学校教育学会研究推進委員会（2022年11月）の「第10章 進路指導・キャリア教育を深める・極める」では、進路指導・キャリア教育の歴史的展開を整理し、歴史的過程で求められる教師のコンピテンシーについても、一定の整理をすることができた。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
2年延長した研究期間の最終年度と迎え、米国と韓国との教員のキャリア・ステージにおけるコンピテンシーを追究することで、わが国教員の育成指標におけるコンピテンシーの在り方について一定の見解を示す方向で進める。コンピテンシーの追究の一つの教育方法として「IDEAゲーム」を取り入れた専門性伸長（professional development）について、実践事例を基に深めていきたい。

コロナ禍の中で十分な研究遂行が果たせず残額が生じた。資料収集費に充てる予定。
