| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本年度の最大の成果は、6-8月 Ed.D. thesis examiner of Hong Kong University of Education【香港教育大学 Ed.D.博士論文・学外審査員】 として 「Principal Leadership for Promoting Knowledge Management」のEd.D.論文の審査委員を担当したことである。この依頼を受けるために、各国際学会のシンポジウムを担当した。
1)Structure and Agency: Comparing Lesson Study Practices in Asian Contexts, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, World Association of Lesson Studies @Amsterdam (2019年9月).2)Lesson study in initial training: an international perspective; Netherlands, Ireland, Norway, Japan, World Association of Lesson Studies @Amsterdam (2019年9月) 3)Lens from Lesson Study and Systematic Classroom Observation Research: Les sons learnt from Japan, China, and Hong Kong, Singapore, World Education Research Association @Tokyo,( 2019年8月).以上が国際的な研究評価へとつながり、本Ed.D.学外審査員の依頼となった。その審査基準等を明らかにすることが、我が国のEd.D.導入の示唆となる。

Reason
上述のように香港教育大学 Ed.D.博士論文・学外指導員を担当したことは、本科研にとって、十分な成果であった。これに加え、教職大学院との接続、換言すれば「教師教育の高度化・国際化」の視点からも、以下の国際的成果は十分すぎる程であった。（予想以上の成果であった。）

Knowledge Management and Lesson Study in Japan From Curriculum Management Perspective @World Association of Lesson Studies 2019年10月 (2)【招待・基調講演（カンボジア教育省）】Lesson Study and Curriculum Management in Japan, National Institute of Education & Ministry of Education in Cambodia 2019年11月.特に(1)の国際学会のトップページにWebinarを掲載されたことで、国際的認知へと繋がり（その後の活動が円滑になり）、一方、国内でも教職大学院と博士課程の接続を研究対象にして、教師教育の高度化・国際化の視点から考察できた。
以上のことから、進捗状況は順調であると概括できる。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
2年目にあたる令和2年度は、研究協力者との連携を図りながら、中間報告をする予定である。その報告は、12月に開催される日本教育経営学会（＠千葉大学）を予定しており、ここでは国内外の審査基準を議論して、特に以下の点を踏まえ、EdDカリキュラム・指導方法開発へとつなげたい。第1章：研究課題の所在（研究題名に関する紹介、及び関連分野の理論的要約）●Introduction:導入●Background of the problem: 問題の所在（背景）
1) 関連分野の総括と研究課題の明確化 2) 実践的課題・研究上の文脈 3) 研究所在の根拠（概論的データ）●Statement of the research problem: 研究課題上述をふまえた研究の合理的議論、及び研究目的の言及●Significant of the research problem: 研究の意義重要性・実践的課題の明確化・その教育的意義の分析●Presentation of methods and research questions:リサーチクエスチョン（RQ）と研究方法（研究方法、及び研究課題・研究目的・RQの関連性の明確化）●Definitions of key concepts: 重要概念の定義（実践的課題に関する重要概念の定義化）
第2章：先行研究の総括(先行研究を通した最新のシステム的研究）第3章：研究方法論適切な研究方法論の定義（データ収集・分析論を含む）第4章：結果と分析：研究目的・RQに対する結果分析（研究の限界を含む）第5章 結論：広義文脈の状況的解釈、実践への転用を含む総合的結論

研究協力者3名への予算配分の意思疎通が不徹底だったため。これは2年目の本年度に、国内外の調査を実施する費用に使用する予定である。
