Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to develop an educational program centered on e-portfolios using ICT, focusing on practical training education in the training education of social workers and childcare workers, and to analyze its educational effects. Although we were unable to proceed with the research as initially envisioned due to the spread of new coronavirus infection from 2020, we were able to obtain the following main research results. (1) We clarified the disincentive for the use of ICT, such as the computerization of practice records. (2) Academically organized what kind of educational practices and research were conducted while also being affected by the coronary disaster. (3) We developed a support system for creating practice record discussion sentences using Google Apps Script. (4) Demonstrated that AI can generate a reflection text at the beginner's level.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
学術的意義は、十分な研究蓄積が無かったICTを活用した養成教育の実践的研究と新たな知見を得ることができた点である。ICTを活用することでより専門的に考察が可能となること、文章生成AIをどのように実習教育に位置づけていくべきかを考える基礎的知見を得ることが特に評価できる。 社会的意義は、コロナ禍でのICT活用の代替実習や演習の教育実践に貢献することができた点が挙げられる。特に日本ソーシャルワーカー教育学校連盟が実施した調査研究事業にも関わることを通して、ICTを活用した場合でも教育の質が担保されることの実証にも貢献することができた。今後の養成教育にとって実用的な研究成果を得ることができたと言える。
