Outline of Final Research Achievements	Development of Pre-learning e-Learning for the ICLS (Immediate Cardiac Life Support) Course: To ensure smooth progress in the role-play sessions during group training, we developed materials for efficiently and effectively acquiring basic knowledge about resuscitation. In the development process, we created video materials using simulators and incorporated them into the e-learning platform. Improvement of Role-play Sessions in Face-to-face Training for the ICLS Course: To enhance the practical effectiveness of the training, we created multiple goal-setting scenarios that include responses from the symptoms before cardiac arrest to changes in the condition after resuscitation, simulating situations close to actual medical settings, and integrated them into the training.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements	本研究で開発した事前学習eラーニングの導入により、集合研修時のロールプレイセッションが円滑に進行し、効果的な学習が可能となった。シミュレータを使用した動画教材により、実践的な知識を効率的に習得できる点が大きな利点である。また、実際の医療現場に近い状況を再現したシナリオを活用することで、研修の実践的効果が強化される。これにより、医療従事者は緊急時に迅速かつ適切な対応ができるようになり、結果として患者の生存率が向上することが期待される。このように、本研究は医療従事者の蘇生スキル向上を通じて、医療の質を高める重要な意義を持っている。
