From Protoplanetary Disks to the Solar System: Chemical Evolution of Organic Molecules

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

(1)TW Hyaまわりの原始惑星系円盤からのCO輝線のライン・ウイングに圧力広がりを発見した。その解析により、半径5auより内側に、7木星質量もの水素分子ガスが存在しており、また、CO/H2比が10^{-6}程度と大変少ないことが分かった。これまで観測が非常に難しかった、円盤内縁の惑星形成領域におけるガス惑星の材料およびその組成を測定する手法を確立する、極めて重要な発見である。
(2)水のスノーラインにおけるダスト集積により中心星からの放射が遮られ、その外側の円盤赤道面の温度が低くなる効果を考慮して、ダスト表面反応も含めた化学反応計算を行った。その結果、木星領域においてガスの元素組成が変化し、現在の組成を説明できること、また、チュリモフ・ゲラシメンコ彗星の組成もよく再現することに成功した。この結果は、木星形成位置に対して重要な示唆を与える。
(3)円盤内のダストの沈殿・乱流拡散と温度・化学構造を、氷への凍結と気相への脱離、ダスト表面反応も考慮して、自己矛盾なく計算するモデルを構築した。計算の結果、円盤ガス中の元素組成比が窒素優勢の状態に時間進化することを示した。この結果は、最近のALMA観測の結果とも一致し、円盤の乱流拡散係数にも重要な制限を与えうる。
(4)円盤分子輝線のALMA観測により、炭素同位体比が分子により二極化する傾向が得られたことを期に、原始太陽系星雲起源の炭素同位体比の二極化をはやぶさ2試料中に探索するためのプロポーザルを執筆し、採択された。
(5)はやぶさ2プロジェクトにおける小惑星リュウグウ帰還試料の初期分析に専念し、本科研費研究に関わる有用な成果が得られ、サイエンス誌に出版した。

2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.

Reason

原始惑星系円盤の分子輝線のALMAアーカイブ・データに基づき、円盤内のガス質量およびCO組成に制限を与える研究を進める一方で、円盤の化学反応ネットワーク計算に基づき、円盤内の有機分子やガス中の元素組成進化を明らかにした。一方で、はやぶさ2プロジェクトにおける小惑星リュウグウ帰還試料解析の初期成果の論文を出版した。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

はやぶさ2の小惑星リュウグウ帰還試料解析のプロポーザル(AO2)に採択されたので、試料解析を進める一方で、解析結果を解釈するための原始惑星系円盤から微惑星への物質進化を探るモデル計算を特に炭素同位体化学反応の観点から進める。同時に、ALMAによる同位体比観測も進める。

Causes of Carryover

COVID-19の影響で、予定していた出張や招へいがキャンセルになったため。
2022年度後半より出張が可能になってきたので、2023年度に研究打ち合わせや研究成果発表の出張旅費などに使用する。
