Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study examined learning support for university students from the viewpoint of motivation instability. The results revealed that minor instability of motivation during class led to the effective use of learning strategies, and the importance of motivation instability in learning was established. Furthermore, learning anxiety, sleepiness, and fatigue positively affected motivation instability during class. Lastly, interventions were also performed to reduce students’ learning anxiety, sleepiness, and fatigue using scripts based on the above results. However, the interventions were found to be ineffective as it was difficult to suppress the motivation instability during class by solely relying on the scripts.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
