Outline of Final Research Achievements |
By measuring infliximab blood concentration and neutralizing antibodies against infliximab, we aim to customize the dosing intervals (treatment intervals). This approach not only prevents recurrence but also reduces the burden of administration and hospital visits for patients who can extend the dosing interval beyond eight weeks. Additionally, although the current clinical practice guidelines for Bechet's disease include recommendations on dosing intervals, this approach may allow for a reevaluation of those guidelines.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
