Outline of Annual Research Achievements

ヒトiPS細胞由来のRPE細胞を用いてレーザー照射実験を継続している。目視による凝固斑やheat shock protein (Hsp)70の発現量（qPCR）、および細胞死の評価から閾値下レーザーの照射条件を決定した。この照射条件下で各種サイトカインの遺伝子発現変化を調べ、さらにバリア機能の変化としてZO-1の免疫染色も行った。引き続き実験を行い、論文化の予定である。
