Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We try to identify the gene network involved in regeneration of acinar cells by using a conduit ligation mouse model. As a result, we identified Nrep(Neuronal regeneration related protein)as a hub gene involved in the regeneration of acinar cells. We suggest that the regulatory network of stem cells may play an important role for the regeneration of acinar cells.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
