| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
研究1年目（2019年度）は、寄生虫卵からのDNA調整方法を検討した。 単一寄生虫卵からDNAを調整する手法として「ミラシジウム孵化法」も使用できるように、このプロトコールの条件を寄生虫感染マウス由来の虫卵を用いて実験室内で検討し確立した。また、フィリピン側共同研究者と研究推進会議を実施した。これら成果を受けて、研究2年目（2020年度）に、日本住血吸虫症”高度”流行地の現地視察ならびに予備調査をおこなう。

2020年3月に予定していた現地での材料採取ができなくなり、前年度に確立した「寄生虫卵からのDNA調整方法」を応用した分子疫学調査ができない状況にあるため。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
日本住血吸虫症”高度”流行地の現地視察ならびに予備調査をおこなう。長崎大学熱帯医学研究所寄生虫学分野濱野真二郎教授に、この会議と現地視察に研究協力者として参加していただき、アフリカでの住血吸虫症流行の疫学およびその対策との比較とそれに立脚した情報の提供を依頼する。

2020年3月に予定していた現地での材料採取ができなくなり、分子疫学調査ができない状況にあるため。フィリピンへの渡航が可能となり次第、日本住血吸虫症”高度”流行地の現地視察ならびに予備調査をおこなう。
