Research Abstract

本研究は第1にパッチ電極を用いた新しい蛍光分光電気計測法を開発する。石英ガラス管で作成したパッチ電極を光導体として用いる事で電気活動と同時に神経細胞のFRET応答など蛍光分光を行う装置である。第2はin vivo脳機能解析に上記装置を応用する事をである。特に動物個体を用いた聴覚機能解析実験系の確立を目標に進めている。
