Research Abstract

膜輸送体タンパク質は,物質を生体内外に輸送することで細胞内の環境を一定に保ち,生命を維持している.本研究では,X 線結晶構造解析,分子動力学シミュレーション,構造に基づいて設計した変異体の機能解析を組み合わせることで,各種膜輸送体の輸送駆動機構,基質認識機構,輸送制御機構を原子分解能のレベルで明らかにする
