| Research Abstract |
本研究においては天然変性タンパク質の動的構造と機能制御機構の解明を行う。真核生物の特に核内タンパク質を標的に、単独では天然変性状態部位を持ち複合体形成に伴って全体としてフォールデイングするテロメア関連因子、ヒストンタンパク質、ヒストンシャペロン、クロマチン関連因子、基本転写因子を対象に、NMRを用いて、単独の時の動的構造、中間体の動的構造、特異的複合体の動的構造を解析し、天然変性タンパク質の認識機構の普遍性を解明する。
