| Research Abstract |
樹木のいかなる部位からでも樹種の特定が出来るようなDNAバーコード情報の構築を目指して、本研究では、日本産樹木を中心とする証拠標本・DNA試料の収集完備と、樹種識別に必要なDNA塩基配列情報の基盤構築を進め、国際協力の下に情報の統合化・実用化を推進することを目的とする。そのために、(1)国内樹種の試料(さく葉、木材標本、DNA試料)収集の推進、(2)DNAバーコード領域の塩基配列の解析、(3)JBOLと連携して「証拠標本」「DNAバーコード」のデータベースと同定支援システムの構築、(4)種識別の有効性の解析、などを行う。
