Research Abstract

本研究の目的は,種々の死因におけるサイトカインとケモカインの動態に関する実験的研究及び実務的研究を展開し,これらを指標とする各種死因の分子病態生理を解明し,最終的には,サイトカイン・ケモカインを指標とする「分子法医診断学」の確立を目指すことである.敗血症,薬物中毒,溺死での全身及び局所のサイトカイン・ケモカイン動態を検索し,死因判定の有用な指標の一つとなり得るか否かについて検討する.
