野生動物(野鳥)を用いた環境モニタリング法の検討(重金属の生態影響)

Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、(1)カドミウム(Cd)非汚染対照であるCd標準回帰直線(CSRL)の有効性を検証すること、(2)バナジウム(V)、モリブデン(Mo)、タリウム(T1)でも汚染判定の指標を作成すること、(3)動物実験によりTiが他の有害重金属元素の毒性を軽減するか否かを検討すること、および(4)細菌であるL.monocytogenes(L.m.)に対してCdとVがどのように影響するかを増殖性と変異原性の両面から検討すること、の4項目である。
(1)については、21年度の検討でも非常に良い成績を得られたので、著書(Wildlife ; Nova Science,2009)としてまとめた。(2)の3元素については21年度に鉛(Pb)等も加えて検討し、CSRLと同様に非汚染対照であるPbの回帰直線(Mochizuki-Ueda line)を作成し、CSRLとMochizuki-Ueda lineの2つの直線が本研究で目的としているV、Mo、T1を含む他の有害元素の非汚染対照指標ともなり得る成績をまとめて、The 5th International conference on energy, environment, ecosystems and sustainable development(Greece ; 2009.9)で報告した。(3)の動物実験では、TiがCdの毒性を軽減する成績を得たが、その作用がTi濃度と関連する成績であった(第149回日本獣医学会報告)ので、22年度にTi濃度の影響について検討を加えることとなった。(4)についてはCdがL.mの増殖性に影響を与えている成績を得た(第149回日本獣医学会報告)ので、22年度に詳細な解析を進めることとなった。
