Research Abstract |
We have studied the analysis of the mutant alleles CYP2D6, CYP3A4/5, and SULT1A1 enzymes, which are known to be present in Japanese individuals, on themetabolic activity of tamoxifen. In addition, we are comparing the relationship between p-nitrophenol metabolic activity and SULT1A1 genetic polymorphism using an ex vivo evaluation method in 101 healthy Japanese adults.
